Sharon Robinson

Sharon Robinson is the Vice President of Foundation Strategy & Growth at the Wellstar Health System Foundation. Leading the Foundation's operations and development team, she is responsible for the strategy and implementation plan for the department's sustainable growth and the achievement of annual fundraising goals. Sharon has direct oversight of research, data analytics, communications, board operations, events, government grants and online giving programs.

Prior to joining Wellstar, Sharon served in various development and operations roles at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta for 20 years, including oversight of the largest comprehensive campaign in its history. Sharon currently serves on the Clark Atlanta University Master of Public Administration Advisory Board, as well as being a guest lecturer on Non-Profit Management and Leadership for several institutions. She is also a facilitator for Alpha Sigma Alpha's Leadership Development Summit, Elevate Leadership and Support & Safety Programs.

She holds an M.Ed. in College Student Affairs Administration from the University of Georgia and a B.A. in Psychology from The College of New Jersey. Additionally, Sharon has completed certificate programs with Lilly School of Philanthropy, Certificate in Nonprofit Executive Leadership and the JW Fanning Institute at University of Georgia, Executive Leadership Program for Nonprofit Organizations.

Health is a priority, and Sharon stays active with tennis, running, and pilates. She and her family enjoy annual vacations to their off-grid cabin in Utah for outdoor adventures, where she has hiked The Wave…twice!
