Dean George C. Griffin Pi Mile 5K Road Race
| Run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines at the Dean Griffin Pi Mile 5K Road Race, an annual tradition since 1973. Join friends, family, and furry companions through a scenic campus race, starting at Exhibition Hall, winding through the Tyler Brown Pi Mile Trail, and passing iconic buildings. Close to 1,000 students, alumni, staff, and community members participate in the event, which is one of the longest continually held 5K races in Atlanta. The race includes official time tracking, photo opportunities with the Alumni Wreck, an award ceremony, refreshments and vendors, Buzz and more. Participate by running in your own city as a virtual runner. |
