EVENT UPDATE: The PNC Atlanta 10 Miler & 5K are both officially SOLD OUT.

The PNC Atlanta 10 Miler & 5K is one of Atlanta's most popular running and walking events. Starting and ending at Atlantic Station, runners and walkers wind through Atlanta's Buckhead neighborhood. Celebrate your finish with family and friends at one of Atlantic Station's many retail and restaurant locations- several of which are offering discounts and specials on race weekend.

The PNC Atlanta 10 Miler & 5K takes place on Sunday, October 22. New in 2023, PNC Atlanta 10 Miler & 5K weekend will include a youth Mile and Dash on Saturday, October 21.

Atlanta Track Club events are held rain or shine. However, the threat of lightning or other severe weather in the vicinity of the event may result in a delay or cancellation. For full details on our event policies, including weather, refunds and cancellations, click here.

Park in Atlantic Station garage near stairwell 8 or 10 (first 2 hours are complimentary)

  • Friday, October 20th from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Saturday, October 21st from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

All 10 Miler and 5K participants must pick up their number during one of the above times unless you purchased Will Call. Participants are welcome to send a friend or family member to pick up their number but they must present your check-in pass.

Race day registration is NOT offered for this event. Onsite registration is available during race number pickup dates/times held prior to event day if space still allows.

Atlanta Track Club intends to hold the PNC Atlanta 10 Miler & 5K at Atlantic Station as scheduled on October 22, 2023. If the format of the event moves to virtual ONLY or is cancelled all together, you will be given the option to receive a full refund (less processing fees from registration vendor). If, due to COVD-19, the location of the event has to be changed, refunds will not be provided, but you will be immediately notified via email and social media.

TIMING & RESULTS

Results are made official approximately two weeks after the event, after all inquires have been processed.

Your timing device for this event is the Chronotrack single use B-tag. In order to receive an accurate time, please confirm your bib is...

  • Clearly visible on the front of the torso
  • Unaltered and unmodified (Do not fold or wrinkle)
  • Pinned in all four corners
  • Not covered (jackets, fuel belts, etc.)

Atlanta Track Club is a member organization of both the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) & USA Track & Field (USATF) and adheres to the guidelines and rules of competition in the events Atlanta Track Club conducts & provides.

COURSE

Course time limit:

  • 10 Miler: 2 hours and 30 minutes (15 minute per mile pace)
  • 5K: 1 hour and 20 minutes (25 minute per mile pace)

For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, no pets, or wheeled conveyances of any kind, including baby joggers/strollers, roller/inline skates, and bicycles, are permitted on the course. Headphones are strongly discouraged.

PARKING

Parking is FREE to all participants on race morning at Atlantic Station. With nearly 6,000 participants, 600 volunteers and countless spectators, getting to Atlantic Station will require extra time. Please plan to arrive no later than one hour prior to your scheduled race start time.

Note: 17th St. will close promptly at 7:00 a.m. to prepare for the race. The only way to access the Atlantic Station parking deck after 7:00 a.m. will be via the 16th St. entrance at the intersection of 16th St. NW and Atlantic Dr. NW.

TRIPLE PEACH

Once again in 2023, runners and walkers who are registered for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race, PNC Atlanta 10 Miler, and Invesco QQQ Thanksgiving Day Half Marathon will be automatically entered into the series once they have signed up for all three races. There is not a separate registration for the Triple Peach Series.

The 2023 PNC Atlanta 10 Miler & 5K is the second event of the Triple Peach Race Series. The Triple Peach commemorative item and medal will be awarded at the conclusion of the Invesco QQQ Thanksgiving Day Half Marathon.

The Triple Peach Race Series is open to in-person participants ONLY.

WILL CALL NUMBER PICKUP

Will Call Number Pickup is ONLY available for participants who purchased during the registration process. Participants who did NOT purchase PNC WILL CALL during the initial registration process can do so through Saturday, October 21 at 11:59 p.m. by following these steps:

VIRTUAL RUNNERS

Those selecting the virtual PNC Atlanta 10 Miler or 5K race option will be asked to complete their race between Friday, October 20, 2023 and Sunday, October 22, 2023. Results must be submitted by Monday, October 23, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. Virtual participants will receive a race bib, commemorative adidas long sleeve shirt and medal. Virtual participants who register before Thursday, October 12 at 11:59 p.m. will have their swag items shipped to them prior to event day. Those registering after the deadline will have their race packet sent after the event

AWARDS

Overall and Masters awards are based on gun time and overall winners are not eligible for age group awards. Age group awards are based on net time.

10 Miler awards (all awards will be mailed):

  • Overall male, female, and non-binary
  • Masters male, female, and non-binary

Age group awards will be mailed to the top three finishers in each age division:

  • 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, and 90+ (excluding the overall winners)

5K awards (all awards will be mailed):

  • Overall male, female, and non-binary
  • Masters male, female, and non-binary

Age group awards will be mailed to the top three finishers in each age division:

Athletes with Disabilities

Athletes who possess a visual, physical or developmental disability are permitted to participate with guides and support runners in the Publix Atlanta Marathon, Half Marathon and 5k; Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race; PNC Atlanta 10 Miler and 5K; and Invesco QQQ Thanksgiving Day Half Marathon and 5K. Guides and support runners are those who provide verbal cues and navigation support to an athlete with a disability.

Atlanta Track Club will provide a complimentary race entry for one support runner or guide at the Publix Atlanta Marathon, Half Marathon and 5K, Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race, PNC Atlanta 10 Miler and 5K and Invesco QQQ Thanksgiving Day Half Marathon and 5K. Requests for guide/support runner entry into other Atlanta Track Club events should be requested by contacting awd@atlantatrackclub.org.
