Join us as we celebrate women and fitness at the Atlanta Women's 5K on Saturday, March 29 in Candler Park for a day designed for women. With the special "stroller division" start for moms, flowers at the finish line, commemorative jewelry and a women's-fit performance shirts given to all finishers, the Atlanta Women's 5K is the perfect event for women and girls ages 8 & older.
Interested in training for your first 5K or looking to improve your 5K performance? Join women of all ages and abilities for the Women on the Move Training Program. The women-only 9-week 5K training program prepares participants for the Atlanta Women’s 5K. The program begins the week of January 20, 2014.

6:30 am Race number pick-up opens
7:00 am Those registering after 7:00 am will not be timed or included in official results
8:00 am Atlanta Women's 5K starts
8:15 am Stroller division starts
Race Day Registration: Providing that we have not reached race capacity, we will offer race day registration for this event. You will be charged on-site based on the pricing listed above, and asked to complete a waiver. Payment can be made via cash or credit card. In order to be timed and included in official results, you will need to register by 7:00 am. Anyone registering after 7:00 am will NOT be timed. T-shirt sizing and availability cannot be guaranteed for those registering on race day.
Race Number Pick Up: Anyone registering by 11:59 pm on 3/23/2014 has the option to pick up their number early! Early pick up will take place 10 am - 6 pm at West Stride (3517 Northside Pkwy, Atlanta, GA 30327). Those registering after 3/23 can pick up their number on race day beginning at 6:30 am.
Safety: For the safety and enjoyment of everyone, no headphones or pets are permitted on the course. Strollers/baby joggers are permitted but roller/inline skates and bicycles are not permitted.
Course: There is a course time limit of 1 hour 15 minutes. Roads will remain closed in order to accommodate a 25 minute per mile pace. After that time, roads will reopen.
Training Program: Program includes entry into the Atlanta Women's 5K, long-sleeve performance shirt, 9 weeks of group runs, training schedule and seminars.
Participant Benefits: Short-sleeve Mizuno performance shirt, flower at finish line and Smart Glass necklace

- Teams of four can compete in one of three divisions:
- open women (40 & younger)
- masters women (40 & older)
- grandmasters women (50 & older)
- Mother/Daughter and Sister/Sister teams are comprised of two members.
Parking: Limited parking is available; carpooling is encouraged.
